Coffee: good or bad?

Coffee is a brewers drink prepared from roasted seeds, commonly called coffee beans, of the coffee plant. They are seeds of coffee cherries that grow on trees in over 70 countries. Green unroasted coffee is one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world.]Due to its caffeine content, coffee can have a stimulating effect in humans. This drink is very common to us, it serve as a booster in starting the day, mostly adults drink this. I just remembered back when I was a kid, we drank milk and for my parents are coffee. It made me curious why they can't leave the house without drinking coffee.
But now coffee is already common to any people, even kids drink it today, it comes with any kinds of the flavors, sometimes cold or hot. Especially we have the famous Coffee Shop called "Starbucks" known for its famous and unique way of serving brewed coffees. Somehow people choose the Coffee shops in arranging meetings, casual dates, study lounge, and etc. It may look fancy or casual to go in these places, well I too feel casual when going there if you ask me, its because the place it quite relaxing - an example of this place is "BOS Coffee", I like the place cause design is so neutral, adapting neutral colors like the coffee, and the music, mellow music..., and the aroma of the Coffee is so great and I don't know why, maybe that's one of the cause we can't leave coffee that easy.


We often believed that coffee serves as an energizer when were sleepy, we drink coffee when there is an exam coming to enhance our memory skills, others say they can think right or can come up with with good ideas when drinking it, it may be a way of relaxing due to its sensational aroma. But many didn't know its effects in our body and for me this can be an addiction.


Coffee consumption reduces the risk of being affected by Alzheimer's disease, Parikinson's disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 1, cirrhosis of the liver, and gout(wikipeida.org). So be careful in drinking coffee, well I guess it depends to the person's way of thinking if coffee as for me I have become an addict to coffee, imagine I drink coffee one in the morning another in lunch then in the afternoon before 6:00 and  twice in the evening early night and late night, and for the others may think its healthy but we should be cautious, Health is Wealth by the way.
